windows on TV screen out of focus.?

    Besides what Zach T said (which was good advice), also check the "refresh rate" under the video settings (right click on a clear section of the desktop and select Graphics Properties). There may also be a setting for either "interlaced" (as in 1080i) or "progressive" (1080p) video mode that needs to be switched.

    Hmm, are you connecting through the laptop? If so, you can go to settings on windows and make it fit the format of the screen. If that option isn't displayed you might have to go into administrative tools.
