What's better being honest or telling a white lie?

Being honest. White lies are not so bad. We tell white lies in order to protect someone, or hide something that we really feel embarassed about etc. But the truth is, there is nothing better than the truth. Because if you say the truth, you express who you really are. And if you are not afraid to show your real self, and do not care what others will say, then you are a truly strong and clear person. But of course, a white lie once in a while does not hurt anyone in my opinion. Only if its truly for a good purpose though.

Sometimes it depends on the consequences of each. If its going to hurt someone, then a little white lie might be for the best. People can accept that if they find out later.

Honest. Sometimes little white lies are acceptable, but I'd choose truth any day.
