How much does it cost to get a parakeet's wings clipped (at the vet)?
So my parakeet's flight feathers have grown back in, and I don't want them to fly away, so I want to get their wings clipped. I can't do it myself, i'm too afraid I will hurt them by clipping too much.

Cliping your birds wings is NOT rocket scientist. You are just cutting off the the end of the flight feather flush with the covering feathers. If you can use sizzors on a piece of paper - you can cut your birds wings. Most pet shops will show you for free. Most vets will show you too, but, it's usually a $45 to $65 appointment.
