I stole something from the store because i felt like i was cheated out of my money by that store?

So i bought 3 aloe vera juices. They are usually 1.79 i think, but this time he charged me 5.90 something for the 3 aloe vera drinks. I only had 5 dollars and 75 cents so i put one back and he gave me one dollar... So when i got home i calculated and i felt cheated. So i went up there, grabbed an aloe vera juice and walked out, but then my mom tells me that they charge tax at the store for drinks when i came home, so i took two dollars and went up there and handed the cashier the 2 dollars and i told him i had walked out with something and he said okay and that was the end of that... Do you think thats okay or do you think karma is gonna get me? i really didnt mean to steal. I was only trying to get back what i thought was mine
