hard finding house to rent due to eviction ??????
So my family and I are currently living in a townhome, we got evicted due to violating the "no pets". we didn't plan on getting any until we actually got it but we knew for a fact we were going to move out before we knew we were getting the pets. Now, we are currently trying to find a house to rent but very hard. Is there anything we can do?! how will we find a place and how do you find private owners?!
please help, we are desperate.

You violated the rules of another landlord so they had to evict you. It doesn't matter if you planned to get pets or not. You did and violated of your lease. That's going to make most other landlords wary of renting to you since you've proven to be unreliable to another landlord. Do you still have the pet? That's going to make it even harder to find a place because not many landlords take pets AND a person with an eviction. Renting from a company or private landlord doesn't matter that much. Most will still run a background check including landlord references. You need to be up front about the eviction and hopefully the person will be sympathetic.

All you had to do was move out before the court ordered the eviction, but you chose to stay and fight it. Now you know why that was a "bad idea" and why FUTURE landlords may be reluctant to take you in. If there wasn't a final court order, then it wasn't technically an "eviction" and you can explain the facts to anyone patient enough to listen.
You may be able to find short-term rentals where you pay weekly rates, up front, and re-establish a consistent payment record that you can show to prospective landlords.

If you violate the lease, why would anyone rent to you? You should have known better. Perhaps you can offer to pay the previous landlord a pet deposit now if he will remove the eviction. You will have to find a place that is not so particular. Or an apartment.

Many landlords allow pets so you will easily find one. You may have to pay an extra deposit to cover damage. Your prior eviction will not pose a problem. Being evicted for pets is not the same as not paying. Do not lose any sleep over this.

Nope. Landlords have every right to refuse to rent to someone that has recently been evicted & most will not for about 7 yrs. You blatantly broke the lease & are paying the consequences. Private landlords are sick of getting screwed & re getting smarter. Most of them do a proper back ground check these days.

With an eviction you will find it difficult......so you can only explain the reason why and it was not due to non payment...but any breach in a tenancy is a red flag to landlords...it means as a tenant you ignore the rules

You can offer to pay several months of rent up front as security for the owner/ mgmt co to get their money. Once you have ahd a problem with lease violoations,.. it's like taking back a cheating boyfriend... most people wont do it, since htere are so many other applicants... sorry.

Private owners also check for past evictions. It a simple internet search of local court records.
