okay so I'm 15 about 5'10-11 & weigh 190 OMG RIGHT ! and im trying to lose weight in my midsection . I have a nice butt and I'm fine with my thick thighs but my midsection is just a complete DISASTER to me! anyways i know that cardio would lhelp and I know that it also gets rid of ALL fat including my butt & thighs . I want to lose the fat in my midsection but I also want to keep my thighs & butt . I've heard that you could tone them but how ? Anyways any suggestions as to how I can lose the midsection without losing my butt & thighs ? Thanks in advance

Do cardio to get rid of your stomach, but also do muscle exercising for your legs and butt (lunges, squats, leg lifts). So basically run bike or any cardio for your stomach but do toning too
