What is the largest possible storage device that is available on the market? (more than 10 TB?)?

As far as I am aware the largest commercially produced HDDs are 10 TB. There are promises of this figure doubling in the next five years.
32 bit operating systems are only able to support 2.2 TB hard drives while 64 bit systems have a theoretical support limit of 9.4 zetabytes (9.4 billion terabytes)
Anybody requiring more storage than 10 TB would likely utilize a RAID array.
