Brett - he was a better hitter (more power) and a better fielder who spent more of his career in the field. Molitor makes up a little ground with his baserunning, but not nearly enough.
Both were great baseball players, of course.

Both were great, you are comparing 2 3000+ hit club players so they were both great. You dont get 3000 hits unless you played a very long time, missed very little time with injury, and were good that entire time.
