Should we celebrate 3 month anniversary?

For both of us it s our first serious relationship and both in our early 20 s so we re not some stupid over the top teens, so I feel like 3 months is sort of special to celebrate in a way, my idea was to gift her my favourite picture of us and go out to dinner, nothing too over the top. But I also feel it s seems sort of silly as its only 3 months, but we ve never been on a dinner date as we like to spend out time together differently rather than spending a lot on meals out. So it s seems like a good idea to me so I want to keep it secret from her and surprise her, does this sound like a good idea.
