I become so mad I want to punch my grandmother?
I have no clue why but every she opens her mouth my anger flares up dramatically. It's like that with no one else. I'm 22 and I live with her because I'm broke.

Your grandmother sounds like a repulsive woman! I would want to hit her too! My best advice is to talk to her as little as possible since she can't seem to keep her mouth shut. if it becomes to unbearable, you may need to find somewhere else to live.
