Is there such a thing as an Actual Timer on a Digital Thermostat for an Air Conditioner (refrigerated air)?

Update:

Something that you Can set to run for like 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 Hours then turn off by itself or no???

Not that Set a Time and Temperature for different day bullshit?

Pressure rules the timer in an A/C unit. Built in safety.
