There are a lot of ways you can get a girl to kiss you. One of the funniest ways you can do it is by telling her something like "Hey my friends bet $20 that I couldn't get you to kiss me on the cheek, do you think you could help a guy out?" If she goes for it, quickly turn your head and steal a kiss. WARNING: You might get slapped or she may laugh, it could go either way XD

Make yourself look appealing. Freshen your breath, and get her alone. Look her in the eyes, and compliment her. Gently place your hand on her cheek and go in for the kiss!

I was hugging my guy and when he looked at me, I closed my eyes and puckered my lips at him. Then, he kissed me. It would probably work the other way around, too.
