are you getting the internet speed from Time Warner you are paying for?

I'm paying for 30 mbps from time warner

and when I do an internet speed test from time to time I'm getting an average of about 18 mbps. I'm wondering if other time warner customers are getting screwed too...(speed test performed at ookla.com)

Well they always say they will give you a certain speed. When really they only give you about 3/4 of that. And the only way you will reach your maximum internet speed is by going wired. But even with wired you will not reach the speed they are saying they are giving you. So the answer to your question is no. Nobody is getting the internet speed that they are paying for and deserve.
