More likeable, this speech is more rational than his debate participation in which he could not control the content and had to answer trashy questions. He sounds reasonable. Mexico really does encourage people to come to the U.S. and earn money so they dont have to take care of the masses. And many of them are rapists and criminals. But Congress wont build a wall because, as he knows, Congress is paid off by lobbyists who dont want to stop illegals.
