How to make your websites look fancy?
I know HTML and CSS pretty well, but I'm kinda lost on how to make websites look really good. Is there any advanced tutorials out there? Or other languages I should pick up? I know javascript and jquery too.

Javascript is always a good idea, you can do a lot with it.
My advice would be to look on pages you think look good and use the browser (for example Google Chrome does this well) to right click and inspect the code of the website. Then you learn from how they did and try to do something similar.
