I need help getting over a pregnancy scare? Anxiety?

I grew up in a very strict household where the idea of sex was never on the table. Last month I had a sexual encounter with a boy and feel like I had no potential pregnancy risk in the first place (My underwear and athletic shorts were still on). However my period came 3 weeks late after that encounter and I was convinced that I somehow became pregnant. Now after an irregular period and 2 negative pregnancy tests I can't shake the feeling that I deserve to be pregnant as punishment for being sexually active. I have an anxiety disorder and OCD. Any advice on how to move on from this ordeal?
