In game team, it's good. I mean, the good thing about Pokemon games is that you can use any team you want and still do alright (sometimes it requires relying on lots of potions, but still.) I've done plenty of monotype playthroughs of it and it's fun.
Competitively, we'd need to know nature, EVs, moves, hold items etc
