Suspension replacement?

I've got a 95 F-150 with a broken rear leaf, and a bad shock tower on the same side. It also need shocks.

Since I always do the opposite side whenever I do this kind of work, I'll be changing out both rears.

My real question relates to the front. I'd change out the radius arm bushings when I do the shock towers.

Just starting to look into this, I had an idea: If I'm going to do all this, why not convert the front to leaf spring? If the frames are the same as a 250, it shouldn't be a problem. Aside from a little more expense, I don't see why not. Any input would be appreciated.

Update:

Yes, it is 4x4. no, I don't want to lift it.

I just don't really like the radius arms.

Had one break on my first 150.

It's just that if I'm already doing all this work, why not change it to what I like?

Update 2:

Moved from maintenance and repair to Ford.

I doubt the frames are the same, and why would you want leafs? It is 4X4 and you want to lift it?
