No cursor after updating to windows 10 how to fix?
I recently updated to Windows 10 and after logging in the cursor disappears clicking does nothing. Luckily I have a touchscreen but this is very frustrating. Any help appreciated thanks.
Tried what Mr. T said and no improvement any other ideas?
Figured out that when I log in cursor is there but I can't move it as soon as I touch the touch screen the cursor disappears and I can't get it back. I plugged in my mouse and all of a sudden the cursor is back but my track pad isn't doing anything. However when loading up on the login screen the cursor is there and I can move it with my track pad so I don't think the track pad is completely unresponsive. Any ideas?

Once W10 has finished the installation and you are logged in and on the Desktop screen, locate the HDD light. You will notice the light to be illuminated or blinking. Windows is now configuring the installation. Allow the system to run unimpeded until the light stops flashing.(could be upwards of an hour) If the unit is not equipped with a HDD light, allow the system to run unimpeded for at least one to two hours. You will run into issues if you do not allow for configuration such as programs not working correctly or sound issues.
Restart & enjoy . . .
