In general, if the student were disrupting the educational process for other students, had been given at least a couple of chances to change his/her behavior, and still didn't comprehend that he/she was not the center of the universe and did not have the right to negatively affect other students, I'd certainly have to seriously consider removing that student from the classroom. If the disruption were bad enough, then that's when they lose the right to attend school with other, comparatively civilized individuals.

Bullying other kids. Rape. Physical assault.(Teens) Nothing for little kids.
