How to settle this?

Me and my twin brother just got our license. He is more comfortable driving so my mom wants him to drive me and our little brother to school. But, me and my little brother have practice after school so i asked my mom if I could drive us home and she said no. The only reason I want to drive us home is so we don't have to wait for my mom to get there and then drive home. We could just leave when we are ready. But my mom says that it's not fair to my twin because he would have to walk home or get a ride. But that's what he's been doing for the last 15 years of his life. My brother and my mom won't listen so what do you think I should do?
