Is Smartpost FedEx or USPS?

Who benefits the most financially? Do they both benefit financially?

    Both benefit, fedex makes the trip which is for non urgent pkgs because it take 2-10 business days and usps makes delivery.

    Benefits fedex cause its cheap and gets to deliver to po boxes

    It is both. FedEx ships initially and then hands the packages over to USPS for final delivery. It's all on the Fedex website. Of course they both benefit - otherwise they wouldn't do it.
