My question is claiming wage against employer. My employer refuses to give me wage according to my position. What are the steps which I can take against the employer.

It's a simple process. You arrive at work, clock in at the start time, clock off when you finish, and repeat that for the week. At the end of the week, your time on the job will be added, you will be paid the total amount of hours x the hourly rate, minus tax. However, if you are claiming wages for time you did not work, I can't help you.
