Razer Ouroboros Freezing After Windows 10 Update?

When I had Windows 8, the Razer Ouroboros worked perfectly on my laptop. Now after updating to Windows 10, everytime I turn on my laptop, the mouse works for 5 seconds and then freezes for a second and this happens over and over again, this makes it impossible to use. This only happens for the first 15 or so minutes of turning on the laptop, then it works fine again. This is really annoying because I have to turn on the touchpad for the first 15 minutes everytime, and it makes gaming absolutely impossible...

Laptop: Acer Aspire V3-571g-53234G50Maii

Also, I have the latest version of Razer Synapse on my laptop.

    Have you tried going on Razer's website and see what the support forums say? Probably some sort of conflict between the old driver and Windows 10's built-in drivers.

    Try going into the Device Manager and turn off the option to allow the the computer to turn the device to save power in the settings for the device that your mouse uses to connect. Or, the drivers might need to be updated for Windows 10.
