Sounds like he is a credit to his school. Chances are he is just running his mouth and there is no such thing. I would not worry about it. Cross the bridge when you come to it. I bet most of the people on here who post they are going to fight this dude and that never ever really follow through with it and those that do and tell about it usually describe a pathetic little exchange of fisticuffs half the time asking us who might have won the fight. They can't even tell who won! That's why they have to talk/brag about it to make themselves feel tougher. So yeah, don't lose any sleep over this one.

Perhaps you mean Baguazhang or Bagau. If so it is an internal art. You don't find it very often.

Why would 2 martial artist want to fight? It is better to make friends and learn from each other. That is what intelligent people do. But idiots will try to fight and have no real reason to fight and every reason to walk away.
