Did Roger and Mirka actually have kids together?

Update:

Federer is doing an interview on ESPN and he keeps saying "Mirka and my kids".

Just curious

    I think Mirka was artificially inseminated with the two sets of twins. I think it's all a sham. Oh, they're Roger's kids, alright, but the marriage is a sham. Mirka just carried the kids. Kinda like Debbie Rowe did for Michael Jackson.

    Don't forget, English isn't Federer's first language. Of course he had his 2 sets of twins with his wife, Mirka. He could have said 'our kids', but didn't. Nothing sinister there however.
