You should be treated as quickly as possible. Most hospital based HBOT centers will not teat you. Hopefully there is an independent center close to you. Here is a website with listings of centers in the USA - http://www.hyperbariclink.com/
You should avoid the flexible mountain sickness bags that are marketed as HBOT chambers. They are not designed for repeated use. There have been window blowouts and one death from deflation while a child was left in one unattended.
You are better off to put your money into travel to an independent center for a 30 day treatment program in a hardshell chamber.
