is anyone else terrified of moving there leg when they get a charlie horse when i get one i'm scared that my leg is going to tear open.?
also i get charlie horses so rarely that i never know what to do for them. i got one last night and am still feeling the after soreness of it.

Yes i used to get them all the time. I was told to drink a cup of water before going to sleep. My mom would also grab my foot and wiggle my whole leg and I found that it worked the best.
