How many milligrams of Advil can I take safely?

There's a doctor's appointment I CANNOT miss... I've been trying to get in for so long. I get bad cramps with my period and it's due right around appointment time. I've taken three before with no results, and I know it's safe to take more, but how much more? Please help!!!!

    If three didn't work it's not the solution. Good thing you have a Dr Appt.
