why would any of us know? if you know your login, sign out, and before you sign in, there should be a place to click that says "forgot password?" or something similar, click that and it should ask for your e-mail for your account and send you the password, or a link to reset it.
don't call the people claiming they're with Yahoo customer service, those are scam phone numbers.

No one can help you here. How do we know for certain you are who you say you are? Best to do is contact ISP to change password
