my computer has two plugins for headphones, but only one of yhem works. how do i get the other one to work?
see, the one that works is in the back of the pc, and my headphones cable isn't long enough to reach that far...

as others have mentioned, it sounds like your front panel cable is not connected. if you're comfortable opening your pc case, check to see if there is a wire running from the front headphone port to your motherboard.

The one in the front probably isn't connected. Open the computer and check the connections.
