SD Card impossible to format!!?
I have an SDHC 16 GB card from Lexar, that I used on my 3DS.
Apparently it's corrupted, and it won't load on my 3DS and my computer says I must format it in order to use it.
I have a recovery program ready for it but the thing is, the SD card doesn't want to format. Windows gives me a pop up saying it can't format because it needs to be formatted (Yes, that's literally what happens) and SDFormatter says it's write-protected when it's NOT.
This is really aggravating me, I just want to get back on my 3DS.

Connect the SD card to your computer by using an external card reader. ...
Open Disk Utility. ...
Find the SD card in the left side of the window. ...
Click the ERASE tab in the middle of the window.
Next, click on the “Format” dropdown menu.
