How to release stress?

I have to release my stress.

My hair is falling out and im going to be bald!! And my period doesnt come every month. Only once in 3months. Help me please!!

    I believe that meditation is the best way through anxiety and stress. Start off meditating in the morning for ten minutes and in the evening for ten minutes, and see which timing suits you best (many people go to sleep at night, when they are trying to meditate, because they're too tired). Once you've determined this, gradually increase your meditation to at least half an hour each day. Meditation re-establishes our inner peace and harmony. Seek and find larger periods of time to give yourself the luxury of a longer period of meditation.

    Moreover, do the obvious things such as making sure you are eating healthily and getting enough sleep and exercise. Use every opportunity to engage in laughter – hire a comedy DVD if this helps, or join a laughter club. Remember to create balance in your life – especially between studies/work and leisure.
