Monarch caterpillar question?

How long does it make a monarch caterpillar to form its chrysalis? I'm asking because I'm raising 4 of them and 2 of them are in the famous j-shape hanging from their enclosures. I'd love to watch them transform just for the experience, but I have no idea how long it will take.

    Usually 10 to 14 days depending on humidity and temperatures.

    Put them back outside. You should not be messing with an endangered species.
