Who do I complain to regarding a Sprint Store?

I don't want to feed you the entire story, but I just recently got back from a Sprint Store here in Chicago and seriously the worst service I have ever experienced. The store itself has a 1.9 rating out of 5 on reviews, even though I wish I would have checked earlier. Any way to complain about the store and its employees? I am surprised the place is still running

    Sure call Sprint's main home office and ask who the district manager is for the store in question, and get his/her contact information.
