biotin didn't work to speed up my growth, my hair grew as usual but the hair that did grow felt super soft. if you want your hair to grow, try It Works hair skin nails. Get it from eBay and it costs less. I took this and my hair grew one inch in less than a week! I'm still taking them now. miracle.
