    I did for a while until I lost enough weight where I only go like 2 or 3 times a week now.

    Yeah I at least run 5x a week, crunches. Lift weights, squats, leg lifts, donkey kicks, push ups, planks. Etc

    I try to do crunches, leg lifts and planks everyday and swim, so yea

    3 times a week...sometimes twice and sometimes once just so i don't feel guilty xD
