illigal home e-mail server?

an aid for Hillary said they did nothing

illegal with the home e-mail server but will plead the 5th as to not incriminate himself? What that does not make sense. Obviously they knew it was illegal or they would not have to plead the 5th.

It's his right to "take the 5th". He cannot be prosecuted for doing so. Will it make him look involved in the public's eye? Yes. But the court cannot use the fact that he is "taking the 5th" against him. It's also not evidence that Hillary did anything wrong.

But there is more than enough evidence as it is that she is corrupt, untrustworthy, and a liar.

Yes, it's obvious. And Hillary's political career is over.

When the FBI calls in Mr. Pagliano we'll see if he does the same.

My guess is his lawyer is holding out for immunity at which point Mr. Pagliano throws Hillary under the bus.

Not that I agree if there was an illegal act or not, simply using your right does not mean you are guilty of something.
