Yes, we still do. Because it was not illegal to have a personal server when she was SoS, no matter how many times you try to say it was. It was not illegal to exchange email with other staffers that had not been classified. If you think everything is classified at the beginning, you don't know the history of classification. For instance, one email she sent that was classified after the investigation began had no info in it that could not have been gained from the regular US media. Does that sound classified to you?

And I would take the 5th even if I knew nothing about it, because I understand how the Republican witch hunts work. For instance, after 6 investigations showed no wrongdoing on Hillary's part in Benghazi, they opened a seventh. Somehow, they found a chink involving emails they thought they could turn into the charges they couldn't get with their first 6 investigations. I would be afraid that something I said that was totally innocent would be hijacked by the witch hunters.
