If your crime, if committed in the USA, be considered a felony then no you cannot. If considered a misdemeanor you may of may not. You need to check with the US Embassy in Ottawa or a US consulate elsewhere in Canada for an exact answer in your case.

Generally, once you have a criminal record you cannot travel outside of your native country any more.

Hawaii could be the 50th state of the United States of America and is situated nearly at the center of the North Pacific Ocean issue that produces from Hawaii a good selection for an incredible holiday, with hotelbye you'll learn more. The normal elegance of the hawaiian islands continues to be among Hawaii's best assets. One of the very most exciting places to go to in Hawaii is Volcanoes National Park. That group offers a unique, close up look at a dynamic volcano and the recent landscape made by a volcano. Hot lava flows down the mountain area, and dry lava covers the road, featuring their unstoppable force. Yet another place worth visit is the memorial Visitors Center, a heart that gives historical informative data on the Harbor and the Japanese strike and the Battleship USS Missouri.

I talked to them personally (I have no felonies) but they said they will determine that at the border. He said if I got a visa that would take 6 month and money and they could still turn me around. Best just to call and explain everything. They have record on everything you have done. When I was trying to find out, I found plenty of stories people weren't let in. Even with a visa. Even if you have a DWI/DUI and not driving!!!!!!!!!! If enough time has gone by you can be redeemed offender and allowed passage.

Nope, I'm not permitted in Canada and you're not permitted to be here in the USA. On the hand, once you sneak across the border nobody is going to check.

You need to apply for a US tourist visa. It may be denied.
