Yes, Masturbation is haram according to islam. Its haram because its harm for health and it week the sex. Evidence of Quran is here :Al Quran,Chapter 70,Surah(Al-Mareej),verse-29-31 and Other evidence - Al Quran, chapter 23, Surah(Al-Muminun), Verse5 - 7.

Salam Yes based on hadith masturbation is haram in Islam because it is regarded as approaching zina or adultery.Besides that it will make you addiction and in the long run it will ruin your health based on the heath research Allah gives us good and halal solution through wet dreams
