Losing weight questions?

I currently weigh 155.6 pounds and would like to lose some weight(to maybe 145-150 pounds?). I currently drink about 2-5 sodas per day and maybe 1 cup of water. If i swap all of that soda with water would i notice weight lost? Also i can see the outline of abs on my stomach section but they just are there, are crunches to way to go? I currently do no exercise at all. Any tips are appreciated

    Weight loss green store tea is pretty good for suppressing my appetite. I feel like eating considerably less. I don't know about the other effects, but this was good for controlling appetite, which was why I got it in the first place.

    Drink more water and no sodas, they are pure sugar.
