can i put a ukranian Sim card in my AT&T phone and it will work?

    Depends.

    - if your AT&T phone actually has a SIM card slot

    - if your AT&T phone is not locked to the carrier (SIMlocked)

    - if you are actually in the Ukraine or otherwise don't mind paying the roaming fees

    - if you are actually in the Ukraine, whether your phone physically supports at least some of the Ukainian (actually, non-US) frequency bands and phone standards

    then the chances of it actually 'working' aren't worse than with any other phone.

    AT&T phone must be unlocked before you can use any other SIM in the phone. If you need help with getting your AT&T phone unlocked, mail me for more info.

    If the phone is unlocked, yes. Otherwise, probably not.
