Is it normal for a girl to experience a bit of vaginal discomfort when becoming sexualy active ?
I ve recently become sexualy active with my boyfriend (I had only been with women until this) we have been active for a few weeks now but I m experiencing some vaginal discomfort, a little redness and puffy feel right at the mouth of my vagina it goes away when I masterbatt, but burns when I pee. My friends say that all girls feel this when they loose there virginity but my hymen was broken years ago. Should I go talk to my doctor or do I just have a UTI or something?

If your friends are saying that this is normal, they are wrong - it's a sign that you - and they - could be a bit more particular about your personal hygiene. When you finish having sex, get up and pee. Make sure you have a good whizz before you go to sleep, and wipe from front to back.

It could be a UTI or yeast infection or it could just be irritation from having sex. If it doesn't go away, or if you experience any other symptoms, I'd go to a doctor to be sure.
Sex can cause redness and some slight swelling from the friction. If this is an issue, you should try a lubricant. It helps SO much.
