Is this accepted in France?

Is this type of behavior accepted from a man in France. Can a man go after a french girl and play with her feelings and emotions and make her love him and then the man throws her and breaks her heart? and the girl starts crying? Would that be accepted?

This type of behaviour, whether from a man or a woman is not accepted juts like any kind of emotional manipulation. It's not illegal, but it's not illegal anywhere in the world.

If someone does that, this person will be considered a jerk and will be disliked by a lot of people.

If you're asking this because of a film, ask yourself if it's socially accepted to shoot the foot of a policeman's wife in order to get a piece of information (like in Taken) or to make someone sign a contract which pretty much describes a slave status (like in Fifty shades of grey). Films are not documentaries and often focus on the worst sides of humanity.

Did you have a Frenchman that was playing with your emotion, and he told you that is just that way, and normal in France?

You have the permission of all the French people to break his jaw.

Or , you are very young, and dreaming?
