As always, depends on the individual. Everyone is different and doesn't make them shallow otherwise you'd see ones and tens dating and so forth. Usually people are within range of each other in the endowment/appearance department score.
Personally for me it's the overall score, but not everyone is like that. But yes, everyone including you won't date someone who doesn't past your appearance score, the immutable appearance, unless they pay a plastic surgeon or a dentist.

No it doesn't. People that that matters to are probably too shallow to have a decent relationship with you.
