Things that happened to me when I was like 15/16 made me so disengaged from everything.
I can't really have any form of emotional attachment anymore, I just can't idk why.
I have a decent job and car, but I'm really not happy with my life.
I hate what I study and my life in general.
I've been experimenting with drugs recently and have actually enjoyed it.
MDMA in particular has just made me happy for short bursts anyway.
But I know this happiness is synthetic and not real.
I'm so sick of being like this, what do I do.

Hello,
It sounds like you are going through a lot right now. Not only are you dealing with anger and depression, but you are also struggling with self-medicating for these issues. It is tough to feel like the only way you can work through these things is medication/drugs. It is good that you are reaching out for support.
These feelings can affect you in many ways including your breathing, your sleep, interaction with others, and mood. Getting angry about your depression can also compound the issues you may be having. feelings can be hard to cope with on your own and talking with someone could help. Sometimes those around you may not even know how anxious you are feeling. You could even talk with a professional, like a doctor or therapist, to see what could help to sort through these feelings.
When you start feeling like this, it is important to remind yourself to relax and consider things that are positive for you. Try using a gratitude list in order to identify what is going well for you. These could be really simple things that help to shift your perspective, especially when you are really angry about it all. Deep breathing and stretching can help you ease muscle tension and take care of the physical symptoms of these feelings too. Try activities that you like in order to get your mind off of the depression as well. Activities like working out, journaling, listening to music, or reading a book are all good options to distract yourself. Try to relax and take time to do those kinds of activities to see if they help.
Whatever you plan to do, please keep reaching out and take care!
