AT&T Iphone 5 different service?

I purchased an iphone 5 when it came out and had service through at&t but now I owe them too much money and had to cancel my account. Can I switch to another service and use this phone?

You screwed yourself not paying what you signed up for. How can it cost too much money? Did you not cost it out before you signed on the dotted line? If you can't afford a phone without paying installments, it might be best that you don't do this again.

And defaulting on a carrier phone because you have decided it cost to much, gets you a blacklisted phone that you can not activate on any carrier. And nothing with cystic the problem other than paying off what you owe.

not a chance if you got a contact phone, lol. Once you defaulted on the money you owed to AT&T , they will have "blacklisted" your iPhone making it useless as a phone ever again.
