whom should i approach to complain a family related problem? in India?
My father is a heavy drinker and in many nights he makes violence inside the house.. so on such issues whom should i approach other than local police or family. approach of police to such matter is not satisfying for me.. If there is a specific branch for this please help me. Like human right commission and child right commission..is there any commission for such problem who takes care of things more logically?
