why do people ask stupid questions?

    What you consider "stupid" they obviously don't. Intelligence levels vary ad some folk just want to participate so ask whatever.

    It may be stupid to you but not to them. Intelligence levels are different in people. Maybe its a question that's been bothering them for a while now.
